My Focus

I'm focused on discovering effective solutions and design strategies for user problems, creating design processes and culture for the product team. I also sympathize with users, define the user experience and interactions across multiple platforms by storyboards, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and tests. I worked with startups, agencies, and Fortune Global 500 enterprises in different industries. Now, I'm writing my journey in the first Extended Workforce System - Utmost.  

My Design approaches

I build the UX framework and process in the company and emphasize the value of design thinking, design system, and user research across departments. I understand users’ and enterprises’ requirements, make products valuable, and design decisions transparently with facts. I enjoy providing solutions and beating challenges. I love working with people and learning from them. I iterate designs, test with users and  facilitate design thinking workshops.

My Background - Master in HCI and Engineer

With a technology background in engineering and coding, I speak the same language as engineers. From the previous experience of prototyping my own startup, I learned how to design products that add value to the business.

Beyond Work - Artist and Tourist

I am a young artist with a lot of painting and Chinese calligraphy rewards. One of my paintings is collected at the Hiroshima Peace Memorial in Japan. Traveling is also a good way for me to explore and enjoy the world.
